What we refer to as a bonus or promotion may include free spins, any type of bonus, or any amount credited directly to your player account when a deposit is made.
Certain additional offers or special promotions may be offered and will be available on our promotions page. If no additional conditions are stated, the general terms and conditions of our bonuses will apply.
1. How cash and bonus balances work
1.1 When a deposit is made, the deposited amount is placed into a “cash balance” and the associated bonus amount is placed into a “bonus balance”.
1.2 The amount in the cash balance may at any time be subject to a withdrawal request according to the general withdrawal conditions (see 4. Withdrawals in the Terms and Conditions of Use).
1.3 When a player has an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
1.4 Bonuses and associated winnings become withdrawable once the bonus wagering requirements have been met. Progress on wagering requirements is visible in the “Balances” tab of your cashier.
2. Bonus wagering requirements
2.1 By default, the wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
2.2 Only bets placed from the bonus balance contribute to the wagering requirements of that bonus.
2.3 When the player fully meets the wagering requirements of the bonus, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to the cash balance.
2.4 If the player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements, the active bonus and any pending free spins will be automatically voided.
2.5 Each game has a different contribution level towards the wagering requirements. Slot games contribute 100%, video poker games 20%, table and live dealer games contribute 5%. Other games do not contribute to the wagering requirements.
2.6 The maximum time to meet the wagering requirements for bonuses is 30 days. After this period, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
2.7 When a bet uses both the cash balance and the bonus balance, this is referred to as a “mixed bet”. In this case, all winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
2.8 The maximum stake allowed when using a bonus is 10 INR per game round. If the player places a bet higher than this amount, the bonus and any winnings will be voided.
3. Free spins
3.1 Winnings from free spins are credited directly to the cash balance with no wagering requirements.
3.2 The withdrawal limit on winnings generated from free spins is 300 INR.
3.3 Free spins are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
3.4 Deposits linked to free spins can only be withdrawn provided they have been wagered at least once on slot games.
3.5 Any withdrawal request will void the free spins present on the account that have not been activated by the player at the time of that withdrawal.
4. Jackpots
4.1 All jackpot amounts displayed on the site are for informational purposes only. The amount of each jackpot is displayed in the game's designated window once the game is launched.
4.2 When a jackpot is won, it is immediately reset on the site's server. This happens in real time; however, the display may only be reset after a brief period. Whatever the jackpot amount shown in the game, the server-side jackpot amount at the moment of the win is the reward that will be awarded.
4.3 Any progressive jackpot payout greater than or equal to 50,000 INR may require an additional 14 days of processing.
5. General bonus rules
5.1 By participating in promotions and/or accepting to receive the bonus(es) offered by Booi Casino, the player acknowledges acceptance of the terms and conditions related to the offer or bonus automatically, as well as the general terms and conditions of promotions/bonuses listed on this page.
5.2 A player may obtain a maximum of one (1) bonus per promotional offer unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of one of our promotions.
5.3 Bonuses and promotional offers are not cumulative (unless otherwise stated) and can only be granted once per person, per household, per residential address or per IP address.
5.4 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required to qualify for a bonus is 10 INR.
5.5 If a player is eligible to receive a bonus, the time to claim it is 24 hours. This period is 30 days for the welcome bonus only.
5.6 In the case of free bonuses obtained outside of any promotion, the maximum allowed withdrawal is 20 times the bonus amount.
5.7 The maximum withdrawal amount following receipt of a no-deposit sign-up bonus is limited to 100 INR.
5.8 We reserve the right to cancel any bonus as well as related winnings in cases of fraud or where the player has placed almost zero-risk bets solely to meet the wagering requirements of the bonus.
5.9 Any winnings related to an illegitimate bonus may be subject to cancellation of the bonus or of the winnings related to it.
5.10 Any game manipulation such as the use of the Martingale system, the Paroli Betting System or Bonus Hunt (non-exhaustive list) is not permitted and may result in the cancellation of related winnings.
5.11 These practices may also lead to suspension of the account and/or suspension of any promotional offers for the player.
5.12 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In that case, they must contact customer support before placing any bet and/or starting to play to remove the current bonus and to disable receipt and display of any future bonuses.
5.13 Players from the following countries are not eligible for our promotions: Finland, Sweden, Norway, South America and Central America (non-exhaustive list).
5.14 Booi Casino also reserves the right to modify, add or remove any information related to bonuses and promotions as well as the terms and conditions. In case of modification, the date of the last update will be indicated at the bottom of these terms and conditions.

5.16 Bonuses offered by Booi Casino are intended only for players seeking entertainment. Abuse of bonuses or our promotions is not permitted.
5.17 In case of abuse, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or block any player's account, as well as to cancel/revoke any ongoing gaming activity and to refund the initial deposit.
5.18 Booi Casino reserves the right to prohibit a player from receiving our promotions at any time, for a specified or unspecified period, at management's discretion.
5.19 In case of dispute, the decision made by Booi Casino management shall prevail and be final.
